After my graduation in 2003, the following two years saw me experimenting with film making.
In collaboration with fellow graduate Tim Hunt, I formed Cartilage Media. Together we went on to produce a variety of short films. With each endeavour we would approach a new genre, challenging both our own creative abilities, and the 'rules' that are locked therein. This work has garnered much praise, and two of the films we made during this period were hits at consecutive Brighton Festivals.
I have since worked on a number of bigger productions with film makers Rockutainment, and was recently involved in a new music-based project with Mind Tree Films.
More recently I worked on 'Lord Of Pain'. Again produced by Rockutainment, this 40 minute production is the longest and grandest piece I have been involved in. This is a rollicking dark comedy, set in an English country manor, which delves into the strange and sinister would of ex-magician Lord Udo Reinman. Click here to watch the film.
Now in Australia, I have been part of the production of a couple of music videos for upcoming bands, and have recently been working on a set of films for UNICEF to highlight the importance of breastfeeding and to encourage hospitals to become 'Baby Friendly'.

In 3 Degrees, we are privy to the drama of a love triangle with tragic consequences. The story unfolds through the narrative of the jilted ex, whilst the use of split screen allows us to view their interweaving lives in near real time. |

Produced and directed by Rockutainment, Revenant was a step up in the size of production from our previous work. In this film I took the role of Director of Photography, arranging the lighting and camerawork. |

The Lonely Walk is considered by most, to be the signature film of Cartilage. The piece was a year in the making, as we wanted to include scenes, which spanned all four seasons. |
